Try placing a sticky note with your affirmation on your bathroom mirror as a reminder and look at yourself as you say this affirmation out loud.  This will create ease for any future decisions.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension. Imagine yourself in a peaceful and serene place in nature, such as a lush forest or a beautiful beach. Feel the ground beneath your feet and the gentle breeze on your skin.

Now, visualise a wise and compassionate version of yourself, a part of you that is connected to deep inner wisdom and clarity. This wise version of yourself represents the embodiment of your highest values, intuition, and gratitude.

As you connect with this wise self, express your gratitude for the lessons you've learned from past decisions, both the successes and the challenges. Embrace a sense of appreciation for the growth and wisdom that each experience has brought into your life. Let the gratitude flow through you, knowing that every decision you've made has contributed to your growth and resilience. Remember to send gratitude to others who were part of the journey.

Continue to breathe deeply as you imagine a specific decision you're currently facing. See yourself examining this decision from a place of wisdom and gratitude.
